- 10. After annealing, another tool is used with the hydraulic press to extend the ears further.

- 12. More hammering, on the front of the ears, using the same tool trhat was used with the press.
- 13. Hammering the backs of the ears, same tool.
- 14. Now switching to forming the nose and muzzle, using the special tool shown on the left.
- 15. skipping over the details, at this point all the initial forming and rough planishing has been done. Ready to be annealed again.
- 16. After annealing, more hammering on the ears, this time using the tool shown on the left, which will raise them up higher yet.
- 17. More of the same, on the backs of the ears.
- 18. Using another special tool, shown on the upper left, to create an inset flange for the lid that will go on the bottom.
- 19. At this point, every part of it has been carefully planished to a nice smooth surface. the lid that will go on the bottom is there in the background.
