6. Getting ready to silver-solder the seam. The surface has been coated with yellow ochre mixture everywhere but right next to the seam, to prevent silver-solder from going where it isn't wanted. Here I'm brushing on boric acid mixture to prevent oxidation of the copper when soldering.
