13. After several weeks of experimenting, I found the best way to bend the snake's body into a coil without it flattening out or breaking. I will fill it with these tiny steel balls, 0.75mm average size. The steel balls won't crush, and because of their shape, are easy to empty out of the snake after the bending process is completed.
